We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if payment was already taken, it will be refunded in full. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but minor variations in color and specification may occur. DozeTune products are wellness accessories, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Warranty and Liability

Electronics are covered by a 2-year warranty as described in our Return and Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
